Colorado Department of Healthcare Policy and Financing (HCPF)
This website is the Colorado Medicaid information resource for the state. Useful again to find the gospel according to the state agency. The site does provide some good basic information from the state view. The Medicaid waiver programs and Medicaid buy-in programs can be found on this site.
PEAK is an online service for Coloradans to screen and apply for medical, food, cash, and child care assistance programs.
Not much to say other than Google can find the things I can't by searching around official web sites.
RTD Trip Planner
This site is valuable to anyone using RTD as it shows routes from point A to point B, along with specific information about each route. It's also fairly good at recognizing place names (i.e. Denver Zoo) instead of requiring addresses. Simply put it helps someone find how to make the trip (on RTD), and to decide if the trip (on RTD) is worth it or not.
Rocky Mountain ADA Center
The Rocky Mountain ADA Center provides information on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to individuals and organizations.
This is the web site for the Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities (CFPD). This website has information on how to establish special trusts that preserve eligibility for SSI and Medicaid. The website also provides information on representative payee services.
The Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) helps individuals whose disabilities result in barriers to work through though services such as employment planning, needed medical services, vocational preparation and job placement.
The Job Accommodation Network (JAN) provides free, expert, and confidential guidance on workplace accommodations and disability employment issues through one-on-one guidance (over the phone or on-line) on workplace accommodations, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and related legislation, and self-employment and entrepreneurship options for people with disabilities.
Ticket to Work is a free employment service for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) beneficiaries.
